The University of Melbourne study showed that people who use the Internet for personal reasons at work are about 9 percent more productive that those who do not.

I’ve written Yahoo! to inquire as to why Guitarbalooga was not mentioned in the article. It is the most important blog in the world, after all. Haven’t heard back yet.
