Creed Reuniting
Creed’s original lineup, Scott Stapp (vocals), Mark Tremonti (guitar), Brian Marshall (bass), and Scott Phillips (drums), are reuniting for a new CD and summer tour. Visit Creed.com for the list of tour dates.
In its day, Creed was hugely successful. The band made 3 multi-platinum albums and sold over 26 million records in the US alone before succumbing to the usual story of too-much-too-fast and splitting in 2004.
I have a friend in Rhode Island named Jerry Batchelor who has been playing in a successful Creed tribute band for years. Hopefully, his band, Human Clay, will see an uptick in business following this news. Until you get a chance to see the real band, here’s Rhode Island’s own Human Clay (that’s Jerry playing guitar):

Something strange going on over at YouTube. The previously embedded video above of the Creed tribute band Human Clay turned into an episode of Amerca’s Next Top Model. WTF? Only the link works now.
I was thinking the same thing. I just went to a creed concert last night and they were awesome. I live in RI and have seen human clay perform several times and loved them!!! IF that is your friend you need to tell them to get together and do some shows. I would go see them in a heartbeat!!!!! NOw is the time!!
